ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1.1 NEXTGEN INVESTMENTS SRL, whose registered office is located at Fontaine aux Suzias, 40, 5570 Dion (Beauraing), registered with the ECB under number 756.730.553, hereinafter referred to as Ecolodge le Grand Nichet, operates lodging bookable via the Internet or via its own site **Layout: address of the mono website** (hereinafter the "Site").
1. 2 All data of a personal nature that we collect (hereinafter the "Data") will be processed in accordance with the Belgian and European regulations applicable to the protection of data of a personal nature, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), Directive 2002/58/EC, amended by Directive 2009/136/EC and the law of 13 June 2005, known as the "Electronic Communications Act" amended by the law of 10 July 2012.

ARTICLE 4: PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
4.1 The Data that we collect is used to process the fulfilment and follow-up of your orders and the services resulting from them. It is also used to improve the services we offer you by informing us of your interests regarding the functionality, performance and support of our services.
4.2 We may also use the Data to conduct internal research to improve our services.
4.3 We may disclose your Data if necessary to: (a) comply with applicable laws or comply with any order or injunction issued by the Courts, or (b) protect and defend our rights or those of the users of the Site.

Si ce n’est pas le cas, vous pouvez exercer le droit d’opposition tel que décrit à l’article 6.1 de la présente Charte.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF PORTABILITY
7.1. You also have the right to receive the Data that concerns you and that you have provided to Ecolodge Le Grand Nichet in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit them to another data controller when the processing of these Data is carried out using automated processes.
ARTICLE 8: COOKIES
8.1 Cookies are data sent to your terminal from your browser when you visit the Site and include a unique identification number. Cookies make it possible to simplify access to the Site as well as navigation and increase the speed and efficiency of use of the Site. ARTICLE 9: SECURITY
In order to ensure the protection of the Data collected, we have put in place a programme to secure the information stored in these systems. In addition, our computer systems are equipped with data encryption and software protection.
ARTICLE 10: DATA RETENTION
Ecolodge Le Grand Nichet may keep your Data for a period of 12 (twelve) months after the cancellation of your registration in order to offer you new products and/or services.
ARTICLE 11: RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged breach, if you consider that the processing of your Data violates the DPMR.
